Erin Carroll, J.D., LL.M.

Erin Carroll is an Associate Attorney at The Bittick Law Firm, where her practice focuses on probate, estate planning, and discovery. She earned her B.A. in Medical Humanities with a Minor in Biology at Baylor University, and received her J.D. and Master of Health Laws at the University of Houston Law Center. While in law school, she served as an Articles Editor on the Houston Journal of Health Law and Policy, and was published in the same journal with her case note advocating for the right to medically necessary abortions in abortion ban states.

Outside of the office, Erin enjoys indoor gardening, collecting vinyl records, reading and reviewing fiction novels, the Houston Astros, her betta fish, and most importantly, her senior cat, Seeley Booth.
