Gavin Bittick

Gavin Bittick is the Director of Operations, Finance & Administrative Services at The Bittick Law Firm. A fourth-generation Pearlander, Gavin was one of the firm’s original employees when it opened in February 2026 alongside his mother, founder Peggy S. Bittick.

Gavin first worked in his mother’s law office after graduating from Pearland High School before spending more than two decades in the hospitality industry, including nearly 18 years in management at Melting Pot Houston. When Peggy decided to establish The Bittick Law Firm, Gavin left a career he had not otherwise planned to leave for the opportunity to build something with her.

Today, Gavin brings his hospitality and management experience to the business side of the firm, helping turn Peggy’s standards and vision into the systems, environment, and experience that support its legal work. His approach centers on problem-solving and a simple philosophy: how people experience the firm should reflect the same care and professionalism as the legal work itself.

Outside the office, Gavin plays Dungeons & Dragons with longtime friends, enjoys poker, blackjack, and video games, and follows the Houston Astros. He has traveled to 15 MLB stadiums to watch the Astros play and hopes to complete the list within the next few years.
